Shipping Policy

How we ship, how long it takes, what it costs, and what happens if a package goes missing.

1. Where we ship from

All printed permits ship from our facility at Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, United Arab Emirates. We dispatch Sunday through Friday, except UAE public holidays.

2. Where we ship to

We ship to any address worldwide, including residential, business, PO boxes, military addresses (APO/FPO), and hotel/Airbnb addresses with a confirmed reservation. We do not currently ship to addresses in countries subject to comprehensive international sanctions.

Times are quoted from the moment your printed permit leaves our warehouse, not from order placement. Express orders dispatch the same business day if placed before 2pm UAE time; standard orders dispatch within 24 hours.

4. Shipping cost

Shipping is free worldwide on Print + Digital, Global Coverage, and Group plans. Standalone replacements ship at our cost. Express upgrades cost $30 (digital arrives in 8 minutes; printed copy ships the same day).

5. Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when your package leaves our facility. You can also track it from your account dashboard. Tracking updates at every customs and carrier hub checkpoint.

6. Customs and duties

The IDP is classified as a personal document; in the vast majority of destination countries no duties or taxes apply. Where they do (rare), the recipient is responsible for payment to the carrier. Email shipping@globepass.example if you face a duty bill and we will guide you through reimbursement under our customer-protection commitment.

7. Lost in transit

If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and ship a replacement at our cost, with priority routing. You do not pay twice.

8. Wrong address or refused delivery

If a package is returned to us because the address was incorrect or delivery was refused, we will hold it for 14 days and re-ship to a corrected address on payment of a single $12 re-shipping fee. After 14 days the package is securely destroyed and you would need to place a new order.
